Central Wyoming College would like to invite you and your students to attend Discover Day 2023! This event is for all high school seniors and juniors interested in seeing what Central Wyoming College is all about. The date is set for Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Students can register now at www.cwc.edu/discover. I have also attached a PDF version of our poster for you to display or email to students.
Here is what is happening at Discover Day and why high school seniors and juniors are highly encouraged to attend:
1. Welcome Session with the Director of Admissions, our Student Recruiter, our Enrollment Advisor, and more! 2. Academic Fair where students will have the opportunity to explore various programs and visit with the instructors themselves. 3. Parent/Counselor Q&A. 4. FREE LUNCH. 5. Campus Tours. 6. PRIZE GIVEAWAYS. 7. Application Station to complete the admissions and scholarship applications. 8. Information Sessions from Departments like Financial Aid and Housing/Student Life.
Registration is required, and students can visit www.cwc.edu/discover to do so. This is to ensure we have enough food and room to accommodate everyone. However, walk-ins are welcome and encouraged to attend as well. If you would like to bring a bus of students, we would love that, but we still need all students to register. If you could also let me know so I can make sure schools stay together for lunch and sessions, that would be great.
